Born in Texas and began studying dance at age five.

Lived in New York City for 25yrs. Graduated from Barnard College.

At Barnard, I met my primary teacher, Sabrina Pillars, and began to study Biomechanics, Pilates,
GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS®

I started teaching in 2005. My studies and practice are always ongoing.

I design sessions to meet people where they are and build towards a consistent, conscious practice.

I am honored and thrilled to be working with Maggie at Barn Swallow Studio.
